Confidentiality is an important topic when it comes to translation because documents containing sensitive information are being shared. Most translation agencies have a confidentiality agreement in place with their translators and are quite familiar with addressing this concern with their clients. However, when working with a new firm, it’s important to confirm that this is in fact the case.
At Language Innovations we take confidentiality very seriously. Our policy is to keep the content of all translations, communications and all other forms of interaction between Language Innovations and its clients strictly confidential.
