Hi, I’m Patty Friedman, President and CFO of Language Innovations. Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. We have designed it to give you clear and useful information about our language solutions and services. Much has changed with technology since we started this business in 1997, but our doctrine of personalized and responsive customer service remains unchanged. You will always find our staff eager to assist you with your needs and help you in any way we can.
After 17 years as a buyer for a large east coast retail corporation, I saw an opportunity to take years of customer service experience into a new industry, one much needed in Washington, DC and around the country. On Saint Patrick’s Day of 1997, my husband and I opened the doors of Language Innovations. We are dedicated to taking care of both our customers and our staff. It was and remains hard work, but perhaps there was a little Irish luck in there too!
I look forward to every day and the challenges that are presented to me and our staff on behalf of our valued clients. I am very proud of the countless opportunities we’ve had to help numerous businesses and people with our language solutions.
Over the years, this business has offered us the opportunity to meet and work with wonderful clients, staff, vendors and contractors, hear amazing stories, taking part, large and small, in our client’s successes and I continue to learn something new every day. It is a privilege to be a part of.
