Transcription
Transcription is the conversion into written, typewritten or printed form, of a spoken language source, such as the proceedings of a court hearing.
Audio and/or video tape transcription and translation involves a couple of simple steps, based on what you have in hand. For example, if you have an audio tape (standard or micro size) of a speech thatÂ’s in French and you want an English translation, the steps for this assignment include:
1. Assigning one of our French speaking transcription specialists to transcribe the speech, thus giving you a hard copy version of the French speech;
2. We then assign the appropriate lead translator to translate the speech into English, and the standard translation process continues. |
